Existing Buildings serves customers of NW Natural located in Southwest Washington. To qualify for Existing Building services and incentives, a building must be served by NW Natural with a C03, C41 or C42 rate schedule.

Qualifying customer types include:

• Multifamily buildings, including but not limited to independent and assisted living
• New buildings or major renovations may be eligible for some standard, non-shell measures
• Greenhouses
