As the end of the year approaches, incentive application submissions increase. Energy Trust relies on trade allies to help ensure applications are complete so that incentive processing goes smoothly and payments can be issued in a timely manner.
Avoid common mistakes so you and your customers receive the quickest possible incentive payment. When you submit an application, include:
- Signature(s)
- All pages of a scanned or faxed document
- Complete and correct utility information
- An itemized, paid invoice
- Product model number that matches the specification sheet submitted
- Participant’s W-9
