If you are looking at a property with different types of buildings, it can be difficult to determine which incentives the property qualifies for based on building types. Energy Trust incentives are based on the building type with the greatest number of units.

If the majority of the property’s units are in duplex, triplex or fourplex buildings, the entire property qualifies for cash incentives for these building types. If the majority of the property’s units are in buildings with five or more units, the entire property will qualify for cash incentives for buildings with five or more units. Some incentives are also available for all building types, regardless of the number of units in each building.  Please use the appropriate form based on your building type.
