Energy Trust now uses Streem, a video assessment tool, to complete work quality verifications. This tool allows Energy Trust’s Residential team to verify projects and collect detailed installation data without entering a customer’s home.
Streem has also proven to be valuable in providing live video support to trade allies. Trade allies can use Streem to connect with their account manager or a member of the Quality Assurance team for on-site support if they have installation questions.
