Multifamily instant-savings improvements offered to owners and tenants now include high-performance, omnidirectional LED screw-in lamps, showerheads and faucet aerators installed at no cost in dwelling units. Omnidirectional 750-1049 lumen LED screw-in lamps replace compact fluorescent light bulbs previously offered.

Omnidirectional LED screw-in lamps have a higher efficiency rating compared to CFLs and use only 9.5 watts per bulb. LEDs are estimated to save 19.1 kilowatt hours annually and have a measure life of 12 years.
