Energy Trust of Oregon understands this is a difficult time for our multifamily customers. We remain committed to supporting customers with cash incentives and energy-efficient services that contribute to an improved bottom-line. That’s why we’re offering limited-time bonus incentives for qualifying equipment installations at eligible existing multifamily properties. No pre-approval is required, and equipment must be purchased and installed between May 18 and December 1, 2020, unless otherwise noted. Eligibility requirements include:
- Application and all required documentation must be received by Energy Trust within 90 days from the date of purchase and installation—but no later than December 1, 2020, unless otherwise noted
- Energy Trust may conduct a post-installation verification
- Incentives are subject to availability and may change

Bonus opportunities for custom projects
Energy-efficiency equipment not listed may be eligible for custom incentives and Energy Trust is offering a limited-time bonus. Whether your project is small or large, Energy Trust can provide incentives up to 100% (originally 60%) of the measure cost based on your approved project’s estimated annual energy savings.
