The annual series of commercial and industrial trade ally lighting workshops were completed in January. There were three helpful and engaging trainings held in Bend, Medford and Portland, with more than 350 attendees for all events combined.

Workshop topics covered applications for Production Efficiency, Existing Buildings with Multifamily and New Buildings programs, area lighting designs for parking lots and building mounts, simple lighting controls, a hands-on demonstration of recessed LED troffer kits and incentive program basics. Additional topics were offered at the Portland trainings, including essentials of dimming LED and lighting retrofit basics. Each training included a general session and keynote address from Peter West, Energy Trust director of energy programs, and announced top performing trade allies in 2014.
