2019 Existing Multifamily forms redesign

In effort to simplify and streamline the application process, Existing Multifamily will have new incentive applications starting January 1, 2019. Forms will be updated to clarify measure requirements and reduce the number of required entry fields per application.

The current Standard Incentive Form 320P – which previously covered HVAC, water heating, and appliances – will be separated into three forms for different types of equipment. Weatherization and food service forms will be updated and remain as standalone forms.

Previously included at the end of the application form, the Option to Assign Incentive Payment will be a standalone form that can be used alongside other incentive application forms, allowing the customer to assign the incentive payment to their trade ally.
