Assigned incentives reduce upfront costs for customers

Do you want to make your proposals more attractive to customers? Energy Trust offers you the option to receive the customer’s incentive payment directly so you can list the prospective incentive as a line item discount in your proposal. This will show the final out-of-pocket cost to the customer and can help make the sale with a lower upfront cost.

For standard incentives, check your proposal against Existing Buildings eligibility criteria for equipment incentives.

Once you install the equipment, work with your customer to complete and sign the standard incentive application and the “Option to Assign Payment” form. This will allow you to receive the incentive directly.
