Energy Trust hosted our Fall Trade Ally Forums in October to provide training and incentive updates for Residential and Multifamily trade allies around the state. Forums were held in Grants Pass, Klamath Falls, Bend, Pendleton and Portland. Topics and speakers were tailored for each region. Thank you to everyone who participated, including guest speakers, exhibitors, and attendees.

The Fall Trade Ally Forums offered valuable speakers and networking opportunities for trade allies, regional outreach staff, and many exhibitors. Topics included Residential and Multifamily incentive changes coming in 2019, extended capacity heat pumps, American Heart Association’s Industrial Athlete program, WorkSystems internship opportunities and local updates in Bend, Grants Pass and Pendleton. Fall 2018 Trade Ally Forum Presentations are posted in the Forums section of Insider.

Feedback from the forums is still being compiled. What we learn will help us plan future sessions. Even if you couldn’t attend in October, we want to hear your suggestions and feedback as we develop the next Trade Ally Forums. You also may find the presentations to be helpful.

Energy Trust plans to reduce the number of Trade Ally Forums in 2019. We will no longer hold forums in the spring, which will allow us to focus our resources and planning efforts on the next Fall Trade Ally Forums. We are considering smaller meetings in specific regions to replace the spring forums. More information will be available in Insider in early 2019.

We welcome your ideas and feedback. If you have suggestions or questions regarding the forums, please contact Tom Beverly, trade ally and customer service manager.
