Energy Trust is seeking mentors to support the Contractor Development Pathway (CDP) which pairs established trade allies with new and emerging trade allies for one-on-one mentorship.

Have you been in business for three or more years? Are you a current trade ally with at least two years of experience completing projects with Energy Trust? Do you have a strong interest in sharing information and helping others develop skills to grow their businesses? Are you able to commit up to 15 hours over a six-month period? If so, you may be eligible to participate as a mentor. Business owners enrolled as mentors will have the opportunity to:

• Expand their professional networks
• Be featured on Energy Trust’s Insider pages
• Receive compensation of $150 per hour or $200/hour for mentorship provided in a language other than English
