Record-breaking attendance at commercial lighting training

A man standing in front of a screen, giving a presentation.Energy Trust’s annual trade ally workshops for commercial and industrial lighting trade allies received record-breaking attendance during the last week of January and the first week of February. Collectively, more than 330 participants joined the workshops in Medford, Bend and Portland.

The trainings were well received, and many attendees reported how much they appreciated the variety of sessions offered. Training sessions focused on broadening allies’ understanding of the industry, and included a manufacturer panel discussing lighting industry trends, instruction on building your business through customer satisfaction, a hands-on networked lighting controls session, and a module from the NXT Level online training course. Each workshop included a general session with an overview of 2018 incentives and recognition of the top performing lighting trade allies in 2017.
