The Portland Solar Access Program  is a $25 million initiative designed to expand equitable access to solar + storage systems for Portland households with lower incomes. Selected trade allies are responsible for delivering the full technical scope of rooftop solar + storage projects under the Portland Solar Access Program starting June 2026. Their role begins once a project is approved and handed off by Energy Trust and continues through installation, verification, and project closeout.
