The Solar Foundation is collecting data for the tenth annual National Solar Jobs Census, which provides the national benchmark for solar jobs research. If you work in the solar industry, take a moment to fill out the 2019 survey now!

The Solar Jobs Census analyzes solar jobs data and workforce trends at the national, state, and local levels. It also includes an interactive map of solar jobs available online at SolarStates.org. For the solar industry, the Census serves an indispensable role in understanding the impact of solar energy development and the rapidly growing solar workforce. The 2018 Solar Jobs Census showed that nationally, the solar industry employs 242,000 solar workers, representing a decline of 3.2% since 2017. In Oregon, the Census counted 3,654 solar jobs with the majority of those jobs being in solar installation.

Your company’s participation and responses to the survey will not be made public and only non-identifying group statistics will be used when reporting results. Complete the 2019 survey and be counted.
