Multifamily mid-year incentive changes

Energy Trust of Oregon adds and updates incentive offerings mid-year, starting July 1, 2019, that can help you better serve your multifamily customers. Any incentives not listed below will remain unchanged. New and updated incentives include:

Central Air Conditioner – Energy Trust will offer a $250 incentive for the installation of an air conditioner for side by side properties as well as duplex, triplex and fourplex properties. The system must have a minimum system EER of 12 and a minimum system SEER of 15 and serve all or most of the residence. This incentive will be available to PGE and Pacific Power customers installing a new unit or replacing an existing air conditioner. This can be combined with gas furnace and smart thermostat incentives. Use Form 320HVAC to apply.

Gas-Fired Automatic Conveyor Broiler – Campus and assisted living properties may receive up to $2,925 for energy-efficient, gas-fired conveyor broilers. Use Form 320F to apply.

Residential Clothes Washer – The incentive amount will change from $120 to $65 per unit. Use Form 320APP to apply.

DHW Recirculation Pump Controls – All multifamily property types may now receive up to $500 per system for DHW recirculation pump controls installed on central water heating systems. Find out more about the new DHW Recirculation Pump Controls incentive.

Water Heater Discounts – Incentives for heat pump water heaters and residential gas water heaters will now only be available through select retailers. Visit energytrust.org/hotwater for more information.
