Instant incentives are a great way to attract customers by lowering their out-of-pocket costs. Instant incentives have the same value and eligibility requirements as standard mail-in incentives, and are currently available for water heating systems, heating systems and weatherization projects.

To be eligible to offer instant incentives, trade allies must have:

• A three-star rating under the rating criteria launched on October 1, 2014
• No record of disciplinary action within the past 12 months
• No unresolved customer complaints
• In addition, trade allies must attend a one-hour Instant Incentive Orientation webinar; the next orientation is scheduled at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, February 17, 2015. Two attendees from each trade ally company must attend the webinar: one decision-maker and one administrative lead.
