Energy Trust of Oregon will expand Oregon On-Bill Loan Repayment to Oregon customers of NW Natural and Avista in February 2023. Financing will be available through Craft3 for NW Natural customers and through Puget Sound Cooperative Credit Union (PSCCU) for customers of Avista.

This new option will be available to customers who primarily heat their homes with natural gas from NW Natural or Avista starting on February 21, 2022. NW Natural or Avista customers will soon be able to finance gas fireplaces, gas tankless water heaters, and windows through Oregon On-Bill Loan Repayment

If you currently serve customers whose homes are primarily heated with gas from Avista, you can work directly with PSCCU for application prequalification and customer loan applications.
