Developed in collaboration with utility partners and with input from stakeholders and our advisory councils, Energy Trust’s draft 2024 Budget and 2024-2025 Action Plan details strategies and activities to help customers and communities in Oregon and Southwest Washington reduce energy costs, avoid carbon emissions and strengthen local economies.

The draft 2024 Budget and 2024-2025 Action Plan will be available on the Energy Trust website for public comment between October 4 – 18, 2023. We encourage trade allies to visit the budget and action plan webpage during the public comment period to review the draft budget and action plan and submit comments. A virtual public information session with Energy Trust staff and its board of directors will be held on October 11, 2023.
