B2B in the Marketing Spotlight

If you’re a business-to-business contractor, you may have seen Energy Trust advertising to residential customers and wondered if your business will be supported in a similar way. The answer is yes. And there’s a great opportunity to help make it even more beneficial and successful for your company.

In May, Energy Trust will launch a multimedia (TV, radio, print and online) advertising campaign to promote energy-efficiency to businesses. The campaign uses lighting as the hook to connect customers to trade allies, who can then help customers learn more about Energy Trust services.

Special opportunities for allies

Here’s how it will work: Energy Trust is running two flights of TV, radio, print and online advertising in May, June and October. From June to September, trade allies who sign up as campaign allies can receive cooperative marketing reimbursement up to 50 percent of marketing costs when your company logo and contact information are included in campaign advertising during the months of June into September. There will be a range of campaign options and advertising channels to fit your business and your budget. Cooperative marketing fund limits and available advertising channels will be determined soon. Read here about standard cooperative marketing guidelines and stay tuned for more information on becoming a campaign ally.

Join the campaign

Energy Trust is investing to help bring in more savings by generating interest and awareness about energy-efficiency and Energy Trust cash incentives for Oregon businesses. Your company plays a key role in these efforts while helping to build your business. We hope you’ll join us to make this campaign a success.
