2017 Existing Homes Specifications Manual now available

Updates to the Existing Homes Specifications Manual went into effect
May 1, 2017. A PDF of the new manual is available on the Existing Homes Forms page.

Updates include best practices for the following measures:

  • Heat pump water heaters
  • Dams around mechanical equipment
  • Ground covers
