EPS New Homes

Roundup of 2026 incentive updates available

Energy Trust updates incentives and requirements throughout each year to ensure we provide cost effective offers that save energy and meet customer needs. Most of these updates go into effect on January 1 of each year, to help trade allies plan for changes on a consistent, predictable basis. These annual incentive updates are announced by each Energy Trust program in the November and December issues of Insider and recapped here each January.

Below are links to all incentive updates effective January 1, 2026. Changes only apply to the listed Energy Trust programs. Incentives that are not specifically mentioned in the updates remain unchanged from 2025. Please note that some Energy Trust programs may not finalize their updates until later in 2026. Those updates will be announced by email and via Insider before going into effect.

EPS New Homes (new single-family home construction)
Existing Buildings (office, retail, government and educational facilities)
Existing Multifamily (current large multifamily properties)
New Buildings (new commercial and multifamily construction)
Production Efficiency (manufacturing and agricultural facilities)
