As 2024 draws to a close Energy Trust’s Solar team wants to remind trade allies of a few end-of-year activities.

Submissions timelines

The Solar team does not expect any delays in application processing through the end of 2024. However, keep in mind the standard 4 – 6 week application processing period for funding reservations. This includes design review.

BDF resets

Business Development Fund reimbursement caps reset on January 1, 2025 for all trade allies. If you have not made use of Business Development Funds in 2024 we encourage you to do so. BDF information can always be found in Insider.

Commercial customer incentive maximum resets

Commercial customers are subject to annual incentive maximums. Maximums for commercial customers with funding reservations in 2024 will reset on January 1, 2025. If you have questions about a customer’s annual incentive cap, please reach out to solar@energytrust.org.
