Energy Trust updates incentives and requirements throughout each year to ensure we provide cost effective offers that save energy and meet customer needs. The bulk of these updates go into effect on January 1 of each year, allowing for consistent planning. These annual incentive updates are announced by individual programs in the November and December issues of Insider and recapped in an incentive roundup each January.

Below are links to all incentive updates effective January 1, 2025. Changes only apply to the listed Energy Trust programs. Incentives that are not specifically mentioned remain unchanged from previous levels. Please note that some Energy Trust programs may not have changes at the start of 2025. Also note that updated incentives for business lighting customers will be announced to business lighting trade allies at a webinar on January 15, 2025. See the business lighting pages for details.

Existing Buildings (office, retail, government, multifamily and educational facilities)
EPS New Construction (new single-family home construction)
New Buildings (new commercial and multifamily construction)
Production Efficiency (manufacturing and agricultural facilities)
Residential (existing single-family or small multifamily structures and consumer retail offers)
Solar (commercial, industrial and residential solar electric projects)

All current incentive amounts are posted for customers on Energy Trust’s website, broken out by building type. To avoid confusion, changes or previous incentive amounts and requirements are not listed on the customer website.
