Existing Buildings

Roundup of spring 2022 commercial and industrial incentive increases

Energy Trust continuously reviews incentive types and amounts throughout the year, fine-tuning our offers as needed to better serve customers and provide cost-effective energy savings. The majority of our incentive adjustments take effect at the beginning of each calendar year, but we sometimes make changes outside the regular cycle.

Energy Trust’s Business Lighting, Existing Buildings, and Production Efficiency (industry and agriculture) programs have announced increased incentives and higher project limits to promote more activity and increased energy savings. With these higher incentives and limited-time bonuses, trade allies have even more to offer customers in 2022.

Incentive adjustments are broken out by program below. Incentives and limits which are not listed in the links below remain unchanged from previous levels. Please note that incentive amounts may vary between Energy Trust programs. If you are unsure about incentive amounts or availability, please confirm with Energy Trust before moving forward with your project.
