Register now for the Oregon Solar Energy Conference in April 2020

Oregon Solar Energy Industries Association (OSEIA) will host the Oregon Solar Energy Conference at the Portland Crowne Plaza from April 28-30, 2020. You can register online today and registration for OSEC is eligible for up to 50% matching with Solar Business Development Funds.

This regional conference provides three days of training on business development, sales, installation and electrical code changes, solar + storage, large-scale solar development and state policy topics. Join Energy Trust again this year on the first day of the conference for Solar Contractor Day where we will present technical training for installers as well as interactive presentations focused on supporting your Oregon solar business. OSEIA members, non-profits, and students may be eligible for a discount to the Oregon Solar Energy Conference – email Erin Trimble from OSEIA for more information.

Energy Trust Solar Contractor Day on Tuesday, April 28 will allow, attendees to choose from technical training on installation best practices and NEC 2020 solar + storage training or interactive sessions on workforce development, community energy resilience, and increasing access to solar. Register for Tuesday’s Solar Contractor Day as part of your OSEC registration.

OSEIA will hold Oregon’s second annual Solar Career Expo following Solar Contractor Day on April 28 from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. The event will provide examples of solar jobs that students and interested job seekers can pursue, and will connect solar trade allies with organizations that can help them find eligible applicants.
