From an early age, Changemaker Jackie Santa Lucia, AIA, LEED AP, senior development manager at Adre in Portland, wanted to help create spaces where everyone could feel at home.

Jackie’s 15-year career in architecture and design led her to real estate development—combining design expertise with strategic decision making to craft projects that have a lasting impact on communities. She’s also giving back to Oregon youth through Your Street Your Voice, a program she co-founded and directs. Jackie envisions a trend for future-proofing buildings at scale and encourages the younger generation to connect with people doing work that excites them.
