As an enrolled Community Partner, you have access to benefits designed to strengthen your organization and expand your impact in the communities you serve. Through Community Partner Development Funds, Energy Trust can reimburse eligible products, services, training, and projects that build organizational capacity, develop staff skills, and support effective partnerships  bringing clean energy solutions to communities.   

Funding may be used for professional development and training, development of resources such as fact sheets and educational materials, and other projects that  directly support collaboration with Energy Trust. Community-based organizations can also access support to strengthen internal operations, build staff capacity, enhance community outreach efforts, and increase their ability to deliver programs and services that support clean energy solutions.  

Funds are expected to be made available in October 2026. Guidelines are coming soon with information about available funding opportunities, trainings and workshops, and other eligible expenses and requirements. To take advantage of these benefits, organizations must submit a Preapproval Application.
