Community Partner Network exists to expand access through culturally responsive outreach, trusted relationships, and incentives that lower utility bills for those who need it most.
Who it serves
Community Partner Network supports income-qualified and underserved households by equipping community partners with training, co-branded tools, and up-to-date program resources.
