Energy Trust published an updated version of the Program Guide for Solar Trade Allies on June 6, 2025. The updated guide can be found on the Insider Forms and Resources page. The revisions in this version include:

• Clarification on residential and non-residential site caps and minimum qualifying system sizes.
• A section on consumer protection and customer service expectations.
• A new requirement that Solar trade allies inform their customers about potential Energy Trust incentives.
• A change to active project limits to allow for Solar Within Reach and Income Qualified Battery projects beyond the active project limit.

We encourage you to review these changes in detail and ensure that your company is aware of these updates as well. As a reminder, trade allies are required to read and understand the program guide and follow applicable portions as a condition of their agreement with Energy Trust.
