Pacific Power is accepting applications for 2015 Blue Sky Community project funding through May 29, 2015. Over the years, Pacific Power’s Blue Sky customers have helped fund nearly 80 renewable energy projects at nonprofit organizations, public buildings and schools.

Funding is available for non-residential renewable energy projects in Pacific Power’s service area that are locally owned and have a generating capacity of less than 10 megawatts of electricity. Preference will be given to local, community-based projects that support educational efforts to bring broader understanding of renewable energy and/or invest in research and demonstration of new generation technologies.
