Thanks to funding from the City of Portland, Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits Fund, Energy Trust will be supporting free or reduced-cost solar installations for select affordable multifamily housing in Portland through the Multifamily Portland Solar Access Program. The program will help reduce energy costs, expand equitable access to clean energy and support Portland’s climate goals.

Energy Trust plans to issue an RFP for qualifying projects on Oct. 19. If you are involved in any affordable multifamily housing projects in Portland, watch for an announcement of additional details on project eligibility and qualification requirements in early Fall 2026.
