• Feasibility of Zero Carbon buildings in the current building climate
• Comparisons of exterior building assemblies designed to meet Passive House standards for wood stick framed and mass timber
• Three case studies that address various building types, including affordable townhomes, rental apartments and a Black Business Hub with retail and office space
