Increased loan limits for on-bill loan repayment in 2024


To help make upgrades more affordable, Energy Trust of Oregon offers financing through Oregon on-bill loan repayment as well as increased incentives for income-qualified homeowners though Savings Within Reach on-bill loan repayment. To assist customers even further, current loan limits under both of these offers will increase from $10,000 to $15,000 on January 1, 2024.

  • In single-family or multifamily properties, projects qualify using income from homeowner. Additional requirements and information can be found on the Savings Within Reach web page.
  • Customer must approve work before it begins.

Multifamily customers
Trade allies currently enrolled in Oregon on-bill loan repayment and/or Savings Within Reach and Savings Within Reach on-bill loan repayment must also maintain an active trade ally status in the Existing Buildings multifamily program to offer the service to multifamily customers.
