Energy Trust’s Business Lighting team scheduled office hours in 2023 as an informal way for trade allies to learn about specific topics, ask questions and provide feedback to account managers. The final office hours for trade allies in 2023 will be Thursday, November 2 at 12 p.m. PST, and will be a virtual event.

In prior office hours, account managers reviewed Lighting Tool best practices and solicited feedback regarding Business Lighting’s Standard (downstream), Instant Discounts (midstream) and Small Business Direct Install (SBDI) offers. The discussions and insights were valuable, and Energy Trust will work to incorporate trade ally thoughts into future program updates, whenever possible.
