The Design Light Consortium (DLC) released its Horticultural Technical Requirements Version 4.0 on March 12, 2025. Products that did not meet the 4.0 requirements were de-listed on January 5, 2026. Products must be listed in the Horticulture Technical Requirements Version 4.0 to be eligible for horticulture lighting incentives starting July 1, 2026.
