The DesignLights Consortium (DLC) released its Horticultural Technical Requirements Version 4.0 on March 12, 2025, and products that do not meet version 4.0 requirements will be delisted on January 5, 2026. Products must be listed on the Horticulture Technical Requirements Version 4.0 to be eligible for horticulture lighting incentives starting July 1, 2026.
