The Oregon Solar Energy Industries Association (OSEIA) in coordination with Solar Plus NW, will be hosting a Solar Workforce Development Workshop series in Portland and Eugene.

These day-long workshops will feature many exciting components including:

• An interactive session with Serilda Summers-McGee- Owner & Founder of Workplace Changes and author of Change the Workgame: Building and Sustaining a Diverse Workforce
• Tools and resources you can use to support your companies workforce development efforts
• Highlights from the Oregon Solar Plan currently being updated
• Sneak peek of initial findings from the Oregon and Washington Solar workforce survey led by Energy Trust of Oregon & NW Energy Coalition

Solar trade allies can qualify for partial reimbursement from the Business Development Fund for registration fees for the OSEIA Solar Workforce Development Workshop.
