Lighting controls are a low-cost solution with potential for significant energy savings, especially with exterior lighting. Additionally, exterior lighting controls ensure safe and secure lighting conditions for tenants, customers and employees.

Energy Trust offers $20-$30 per exterior occupancy sensor capable of dimming, step, bi-level or on/off functions. Fixture wattage must be reduced by at least 50 percent in unoccupied mode to qualify.
