Starting June 1, a $300 incentive for tankless water heater units will be available for existing multifamily properties. Projects must meet the following requirements:

• Building must be a stacked structure with central water heating.
• Condensing tankless water heater must have an energy factor of 0.94 or greater.
• Units must have a rated output of 199 kBTU or less.
• Projects must not include installation of additional storage tanks.

This incentive change does not affect the existing incentive for commercial tankless water heaters of 200 kBTU or greater.

For existing multifamily properties, use application Form 320P.
