As of January 1, 2015, the following multifamily standard incentives are longer be available to customers located in Oregon:

Windows
FOR GAS CUSTOMERS

• Windows incentives will no longer be available for multifamily property types with five or more attached units, and duplex, triplex and fourplex properties.

FOR ELECTRIC CUSTOMERS

• Windows incentives with U-value of 0.25 or lower will no longer be available for duplex, triplex and four-plex properties.

Insulation
FOR GAS CUSTOMERS

• Floor insulation incentives will no longer be available for gas-heated buildings for all multifamily property types, including properties with five attached units or more, duplex, triplex and fourplex properties, condominiums and townhomes.
• Wall, knee wall, rim joist and duct insulation incentives will no longer be available for gas-heated buildings for multifamily building types, including duplex, triplex and fourplex properties, condominiums and townhomes.
