Design Light Consortium (DLC) released its Horticultural Technical Requirements Version 3.0 on March 31, 2024. Some horticulture fixtures in the previous release, Version 2.1, are not listed in Version 3.0.

To avoid any confusion, Energy Trust will accept horticulture fixtures for Business Lighting incentives through the end of 2024 if they are listed in Version 2.1 but dropped in Version 3.0. Effective January 1, 2025, products must be listed in Version 3.0 to be eligible for horticulture lighting incentives.
