Qualifying duplex, triplex, fourplex and side-by-side properties can now receive Energy Trust incentives for attic insulation with a final R-value of R-38.

Previously, R-49 was required for plex and side-by-side properties. Please note that the R-49 requirement is still in place for stacked properties with 5 or more units.

The incentive amount is $0.25 per square foot. Use Form 320WX to apply.
