Meet the 2021 EPS™ New Construction team


Energy Trust of Oregon’s EPS™ New Construction team added six new members in the past year! Read on to acquaint yourself with the newest team members who will support verifiers and builders.

FIELD SERVICES TEAM
New team members

Todd Blackman, verifier account manager
Todd supports verifiers and builders in Eastern Oregon (primarily in La Grande, Hermiston, Pendleton, and Stanfield). Todd has a long history and strong background in building science and energy efficiency, covering a broad range of applications and technologies. As an account manager and business developer, Todd works closely with area verifiers and builders seeking new opportunities for partnerships and growth in EPS New Construction.
Jesse Holland, verifier account manager
Jesse supports the new construction builder and verifier network in Central Oregon (primarily in Bend, La Pine, Madras, Prineville, Redmond, and Terrebonne). He brings 17 years of experience in energy efficiency program implementation, having worked on numerous energy efficiency programs in Oregon and across the Western U.S. Jesse supports local homebuilder associations and has a background in operations and account management.
Shaun Hassel, verifier account manager
Shaun is a Portland-based account manager with expertise in building science and training. He has worked in the construction and energy efficiency industries for 18 years. He began his work as an Account Manager for Energy Trust of Oregon in August 2021 and is excited to meet with and support EPS New Construction trade allies in the Portland area.

OPERATIONS TEAM
New team members

Diego Barriga, trade ally and incentive coordinator
Supporting new trade allies, Diego processes documentation and provides insight on program processes and incentives. He is a technical reviewer for EPS and guides individual projects from application to completion. Diego also moderates various EPS New Construction webinars.
Meghan Sexton, quality assurance analyst
Meghan works with the operations team to ensure quality assurance tasks are completed on time and accurately. Additionally, Meghan supports engineering endeavors within EPS through energy modeling, data organization and programming.
Joe Wagner, quality assurance analyst
Joe's primary role is to conduct quality assurance review of energy models and process incentives to help ensure implementation of the program. He also supports annual reporting, invoicing, data analysis and general process improvement for the EPS team.
