After August 1, 2021, qualifying gas furnace installations for small multifamily customers are eligible for a $550 incentive. Previously $300, the updated incentive now aligns with the Residential program incentive for single-family rentals.

Gas furnace incentives are availble for side-by-side and duplex, triplex and fourplex properties only. Qualifying gas furnaces must be 90% AFUE or greater and used as the primary heat source. Use Form 320HVAC to apply. See gas furnaces web page for more information.
