
Earth Advantage hosted its most recent annual Builder Awards ceremony at McMenamins Edgefield on September 18, 2025. The event featured an awards ceremony, networking luncheon and par-3 golf, offering a unique forum for attendees to connect, exchange ideas and celebrate leadership in advancing energy and housing solutions.
For more than two decades, the Earth Advantage Builder Awards have brought together leaders from across the housing industry to celebrate outstanding achievements by builders who are exceeding requirements for energy efficiency, indoor air quality and more. This year’s program combined recognition, networking and inspiration, showcasing innovations, best practices and partnerships that drive solutions and shape resilient, high-performance housing.
