Spotlight: Savings Within Reach

Woman watching a contractor measure a window in her home.To help every home benefit from greater energy efficiency, Savings Within Reach provides increased incentives for customers with moderate household incomes, as defined by Oregon statutes. It’s a great way to assist customers who don’t qualify for free low-income services, but may not be able to make necessary energy-efficiency improvements without additional financial help.

To receive Savings Within Reach incentives, ask your customers to complete the 310MIT Income Verification application prior to beginning work. Submit the 310MIT application with incentive application form 320MIT. Eligible trade allies can also offer On-Bill Repayment to Savings Within Reach customers through the On-Bill Repayment application form 321MIT.

Participating Savings Within Reach trade allies must submit forms on behalf of their customers. To obtain these forms, email the Existing Homes trade ally team.
