Energy Trust’s limited-time contractor sales performance incentive fund, SPIF, ends on November 30, 2015.

Through the end of November, Multifamily trade allies may still receive a $50 SPIF for furnaces installed in NW Natural and Cascade Natural Gas Multifamily customer residences. To qualify, the gas furnace must have a 90 percent annual fuel utilization efficiency, AFUE, or greater and be used as a primary heat source.

An $80 SPIF is also available to trade allies for each qualifying recirculation pump control system sold and installed in an eligible multifamily property through the end of November 2015. To qualify, the existing condition should be gas-heated water with one primary recirculation loop, pump size between 0.5 and 1.5 horsepower, and no existing control system. The building must be a high-rise multifamily building with three or more levels (excluding the basement) and the system must turn on at a return temperature of 100°F and off at 105°F.
