On May 1, 2015, Energy Trust made a substantial change to the paper forms used to apply for weatherization, water heating and space heating incentives. Incentive applications 320WI, 320DHW and 320H have been combined into one new form for the majority of Existing Homes incentives, 320C.

The condensed form 320C is easier to use and features other improvements, such as consolidated data collection and clearer eligibility requirements. Always use the most up-to-date version of any incentive application to minimize processing delays and missing information.
