As of July 1, 2015, Energy Trust modified certain incentives for Existing Homes customers to follow an April 28, 2015, Oregon Public Utility Commission decision on a portion of natural gas energy-efficiency measures and programs. Updated online forms and new incentive applications are now available.

Also as of July 1, 2015, insulation qualifies as a single upgrade for the multiple upgrade incentive. The $100 multiple upgrade incentive is available when customers install two or more of the following measures:
- Insulation
- Windows (multiple windows are considered one upgrade)
- Ducted heat pump
- Ductless heat pump
- Heat pump advanced controls
- Gas fireplace (all tiers)
- Gas boiler
- Direct-vent gas unit heater
- Gas tank water heater
- Heat pump water heater (all tiers)
