Through Savings Within Reach, Energy Trust provides enhanced incentives for customers with moderate household incomes, as defined by Oregon statutes. It’s a great way to assist customers who don’t qualify for free low-income services, but may not be able to make necessary energy-efficiency improvements without additional financial help.
